Dripping from Dispenser - Side by Side Refrigerator
Possible Solutions
Was the water system flushed after the filter was replaced?
Flushing the system is needed every time the filter is changed or once the refrigerator is installed to the water supply line for the first time. Air in the water system may cause dripping at the dispenser or small/hollow ice cubes.

Is the water filter installed correctly?
If the water filter is incorrectly installed it can reduce the water flow to the ice maker, which will cause small ice cubes or low ice production.

Is the water filter damaged?
- Remove the filter and inspect it for cracks or damage.
- If the filter is cracked or damaged, replace the filter with a new one.
Are the o-rings correctly installed on the filter?
- Be sure the O-rings are still in place.
- If the O-rings are damaged or missing replace the filter.
