Ice Maker Produces No Ice or Very Little Ice
Possible Solution
Is the ice maker has just been installed?
Wait 72 hours for full ice production to begin.
Is temperature control set to cold enough?
Check that the temperature control is cold enough.
Is the wire shutoff arm in the On position?
Check that the wire shutoff arm is in the On (arm down) position.
Is that the water supply properly connected?
Check that the water supply is properly connected and turned on.
Is the ejector arm blocking ice cube?
Check that the ejector arm is not blocked by an ice cube. If a large amount of ice has been removed recently, allow 24 hours to produce more ice.
NOTE: If not due to any of the above, there may be a problem with the waterline. Call for service.
